Rules and Regulations for All About Kids Day 2008 There is a limit of two children per paying adult. Large or single parent families may e-mail info@fenelonfair.com for information on how to receive an exemption to this rule. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. The Agricultural Society does not assume any responsibility for warranty of prizes awarded. If your childs name is drawn for one of the RESP prizes, it is the parent/guardians responsibility to contact (in a timely manner) and provide the RESP administrator with all necessary documentation required to register the plan. RESP INFO Free, courtesy, or membership passes to the fair are not considered as paid admission that is required to register a child for 'All About Kids Day' Any fraudulent information will disqualify a winner and that prize will be redrawn at a later date. All RESP entries will be held until the winners have been verified. Physical prizes must be claimed by 6:00pm on Sunday August 10, and arrangements for pick up, if needed, must be made at the committee chairs convenience. All prizes not claimed within that time period will be forfeit and will be added to the next years prize draws. RESP registration must be complete within six months of being awarded otherwise the RESP will be forfeit and added to next years RESP draw. Appeals to this time frame may be made in writing before the six months is up and mailed to the Agricultural Society for Board approval. All Board decisions pertaining to the rules, and the interpretation of those rules, will be final.
